**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- General admin duties supporting the Economic and Community Development Dept
- Typing and processing of reports
- Assist in Dept Meetings
- Manage communication
- Event management
- Manage inquiries
- Manage reporting including creation and distribution
- Diary management
- Manage orders and requisitions
- Manage Dept websites
- Assist other departments ad hoc
- Manage advertising
- Stationery orders
- Comply with all OHS requirements
- Actively participate in Process Improvement
**ABOUT YOU**
- Minimum 3 years in similar role
- Demonstrated written and verbal communication expertise
- Expert skills in Microsoft Suite, Finance One System
- National Police Clearance valid within 12 months
- Valid WA Drivers Licence
