**The Opportunity**:
**Requirements for Success**:
Leadership of the team is imperative as you will be responsible for developing the Customer Service Consultants. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Manage, direct, and motivate the Customer Service team in all aspects of their day-to-day duties and maintain a strong fun working culture
Establishing effective processes to streamline teamwork
Liaison with the laboratory production & logistics teams that manufacture & despatch our safety eyewear
Collaborating with the Finance Deptartment and supporting the Commercial Team with weekly reporting on metrics
Managing complaints resolution and customer journey from end to end
Communicate relevant reporting, process concerns to meet sales delivery and completion for internal/external customers
Skills & Experience
Prior leadership experience, ideally within the optical, safety or PPE industries
Passionately committed to continuous improvement and experienced in using metrics to understand performance and changes to performance
Coaching & developing team members, which is of key importance to ensuring we maintain a positive customer experience
Experience in a call centre environment highly desired
Strong time management and communication skills
