About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Customer Service Team Leader to join our Customer First team.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service.
- Manage, guide, and support the core customer service team.
- Maximise individual and team performance.
- Provide customers with innovative solutions.
- Quote generation and follow-up.
- Coordinate outbound prospecting and lead qualification.
- Assist Sales Team when required.
- Ensure all activities are recorded and kept up to date in the CRM.

- At least 3 years experience in a similar role
- Building industry experience and product knowledge is highly regarded
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong attention to detail - including experience working with numbers and calculations
- Solution focused with practical aptitude
- Driven mindset to lead a team to maximise performance
- Ability to work exceptionally well within a team environment
- Well organised, able to prioritise, and able to multitask
- Great computer literacy
