**The Company**
For over 100 years our client has been one the biggest supplier of quality bakery ingredients to professionals worldwide.
We are currently seeking for a Customer Service Team Leader to join the NSW customer service team based in Silverwater.
This position will be working alongside 3 direct reports within the customer service team.
To be considered for this role you must have the following:

- Focused on delivering best outcomes for both customers and business
- Thrive in fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication

- Team player
**The Role**
- Coordinate the day-to-day function of the Customer Service Department
- Assisting inbound and outbound enquiries
- Provide customer service to customers in a professional manner and ensure that they receive the best possible service
- Ensure that all calls are answered within an appropriate time frame, and that any problems or issues with your account are resolved as quickly as possible
- Provide customer service to customers in a professional manner and ensure that they receive the best possible service
- Maintain a high level of knowledge about company products and services
- Manage team performance effectively
**This role does attract**
- Competitive salary package of $90,000 Base + Super
- On-site & Street Parking
- This role operates from 7am-4pm and is office base.
