Implementation Consultant

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Product Delivery & Support Specialist for our ANZ Rail business to help lead the configuration and implementation of the Trapeze rail product suite for our freight and passenger rail customers. This role will join a passionate high performing team and requires experience and ownership of important activities in the areas of project delivery, product support, presales & managing client and key stakeholder relationships.

This role is ideal for someone with experience working with complex government and private organization, delivering large scale ERP projects, and triaging and resolving support tickets. You will act as a trusted expert of the Trapeze workforce management solution and be responsible for delivering a compelling customer experience by helping clients achieve their desired business outcomes.

What will you do?- This role will maintain a high level of rail product consulting capability to customers and prospects, based on strong specialist product, industry and business knowledge.- Analyse customers’ business requirements and objectives to develop business processes to meet their needs.- Undertaking professional consulting activities through process reviews, reconciling product functionality to existing business processes, identifying and addressing gaps and assisting planning and participating in projects to ensure the successful implementation or upgrade of the product at client sites.- Support maintenance activities such as installation of standard upgrades, updates, patches and releases as necessary, investigate, research, replicate test and resolve client issues in a timely manner.- Working to facilitate, capture and document detailed customer requirements and develop appropriate solutions to meet customers’ business needs.- Work with the Project Manager and our key internal stakeholders for final sign-off of new customer solutions, and solutions to existing customers that span multiple domains.- Contributor and reviewer responsibility for project schedules, services delivery estimates, identification of risks and mitigation strategies, and other collateral developed by the project team.- Participation in the delivery of comprehensive training to clients that results in high customer satisfaction, high feature take-up and correct product use, and which minimizes subsequent support demands.- Monitor that both support and professional services are delivered to scope, while monitoring additional value adds that could be delivered through added scope and change requests.

This position involves domestic travel for customer visits and may involve some international travel for learning and development purposes.
