As part of our growth, we are now seeking extraordinary **Implementation Consultant** to join our Professional Services Team. Reporting to the **Director of Professional Services**, you will work closely with our Data Transition Specialists, Project Managers and the Implementations Team to ensure a smooth and successful implementation and delivery of LEAP, including training clients. Our Implementations team help our new and existing clients transition from their current practice management software to LEAP.

**Requirements**:
**WHAT YOU’LL DO**
- Build trusted relationships with new and existing clients
- Proactively liaise with various stakeholders to ensure the on-time implementation of LEAP
- Understand the client’s accounting process requirements and assist the project team in translating requirements into functional specifications for implementation and delivery
- Perform remote and onsite installations of LEAP software including installation, configuration, training, data transition review and general support
- Create and maintain documentation and training delivery processes
- Identify training and development needs of clients
- Develop implementation and training delivery plans
- Prepare and deliver standard and custom training events via web conference tools, web meeting or standard classroom methods in a one-on-one or group setting, amending and revising programmes as necessary to adapt to changes occurring in the work environment

- Building customer loyalty - Effectively meeting customer needs; building productive customer relationships; taking responsibility for customer satisfaction and loyalty.

- Relationship building - developing and maintaining ongoing working relationships with others requiring interaction and mutual support

- High responsibility / accountability - receiving primary responsibility/accountability for completing tasks that might place heavy demands on one’s time and involvement
- Achievement - meeting increasing work challenges and goals or achieving difficult objectives
- Travel - regularly traveling away from the office to conduct business

**WHAT YOU KNOW AND HAVE DONE BEFORE JOINING US**
- 2+ years’ experience in a law firm or legal accounting role
- Proven ability to problem-solve
- Competent with Salesforce, Microsoft Office and web presentation tools
- Experience using LEAP (v10 or cloud) (desired, but not essential)
