**Job Description**:
Ungerboeck Software International is looking to hire an Implementation Consultant, preferably with industry or SaaS experience - or even better, experience with one of our velocity products, VenueOps, Priava or Risk Manager. The successful applicant would possess skills in SMB or Enterprise software solutions, understand technology and how data is impacted, demonstrate excellent people skills and be an effective teacher to onboard new clients quickly and efficiently across multiple products.

**Responsibilities include**:
**Decision Making**:

- Able to work to a defined implementation methodology independently for client onboardings
- Monitor overall project status in conjunction with Project Management team
- Align current business processes to our software, ensuring best practice and adoption

***Accountability**:

- Gather and document key business requirements and formulate best practice suggestions
- Coordinate with other Services specialties areas to deliver broad solution
- Provide onboarding status updates, escalating issues as required to the Project Management team
- Assist with development and maintenance of project plan
- Conduct business process reviews and facilitate client interviews
- Provide support to client key stakeholders throughout the onboarding process
- Conduct reviews and train clients on general software concepts and bespoke workflows
- Ensure documentation is delivered on time as promised within the project plan from discovery, site visits, and status calls

**Qualifications**:
**Required**
- SMB software implementation/consulting experience of 2 plus years, ideally in SaaS software.
- Ability to demonstrate outstanding problem-solving skills
- Strong Presentation, negotiation, and Communication skills
- Willing to work in a fast-paced environment with various duties and tight deadlines
- Strong communicator orally and written in business English

**Bonus Points (having one or more of these will really make you stand out)**
- Experience with one or more of our products; Ungerboeck, VenueOps, Priava, Risk Manager, Showworks.
- Industry expertise / background in one of our major verticals
- Native or fluency in Mandarin or Cantonese.
- Bachelor Degree.
- Project Management, Business Analyst, Finance or Training certifications.
- Experience supporting sales & pre-sales in software delivery.
- Willingness to travel to customer/prospect locations (20% of the time)
- Report writing experience
