Use your skills and experience to ensure outstanding service delivery. You will have experience in a high-end or restaurant environment and genuine interest for hospitality. - Minimum of 1 year experience as a Waitstaff, Runner or Host in an a-la-carte restaurant - Passion for delivering outstanding service - Strong work ethic and a "can do" attitude - A passion for the industry and a drive to succeed - Outgoing personality and genuine interest in the day-to-day operations - Attention to detail and time management skills - Able and willing to work rotating roster including weekends, public holidays, opening and closing shifts About LUCAS Restaurants: Home to Australia’s most beloved and acclaimed restaurants, including Chin Chin Melbourne and Sydney, GoGo Bar, Kisumé, Hawker Hall, Baby Pizza, Yakimono, Society and Grill Americano.
