Opportunities available across all LUCAS restaurants. - Iconic restaurant group - Full-time and casual opportunities available - Pay rate of $22-$32+ per hour or salary between $56,000-70,000 per annum About the Opportunity: We are looking for Section Waitstaff, Host, Bartender and Sommelier who pride themselves in providing exceptional service and thrive in a dynamic environment. - Demonstrated experience as a Waitstaff, Host, Bartender or Sommelier in an a-la-carte venue - Bartender applicants must have strong cocktail and spirits knowledge - Sommelier applicants must have strong wine knowledge - Experience with Seven Rooms or similar is advantageous for Hosts - Passion for delivering outstanding service - Strong work ethic and a "can do" attitude - Outgoing personality and genuine interest in the day-to-day operations - Exceptional presentation and grooming - Must be willing to work rotating roster including weekends, public holidays, opening and/or closing shifts - Must have or be able to obtain a RSA certificate About LUCAS Restaurants: Home to Australia’s most beloved and acclaimed restaurants, including Chin Chin Melbourne and Sydney, GoGo Bar, Kisumé, Hawker Hall, Baby Pizza, Yakimono, Society and Grill Americano.
