Supportive team - Enjoy 50% crew discount across LUCAS venues - CBD location About the opportunity: We are looking for a Head Host, who will be responsible for the first point of contact with our guests and set an example for the rest of the Host team. The right person will be able to set the tone for our premium dining venue with ease and go about their evening duties with confidence and style. Skills & Experience: - Experience as a Host in a premium restaurant - Management experience advantageous - Demonstrated experience in delivering outstanding service - Strong work ethic and a "can do" attitude - Outgoing personality and genuine interest in the day to day operations - Excellent attention to detail - Exceptional presentation and grooming - Outstanding time management and communication skills - Experience in Seven Rooms, OpenTable, ResPAK or similar highly regarded - Able and willing to work weekends, public holidays, opening and closing shifts - Must have unlimited Australian work rights - RSA certificate About Kisumé: Kisumé has redefined Japanese cuisine as we know it.
