**Job Description**:
This is a great role in Nine's Sales Operations division, specifically within our scheduling and traffic team. You'll play a key role in setting up the formats for our programs to ensure our commercial content is appropriately scheduled.

Our program's format planning should seek to reflect the appropriate content levels to maximise revenue and content opportunities as allowable within the Television Code of Practice.

Day to day responsibilities include:

- Maintain programming information including relevant codes and groups, classifications, episode numbers and hourly content.
- Provide programming information, where appropriate, with our regional broadcast partners to assist in their forward planning

**Qualifications**:
The position is best suited to someone with confidence and experience dealing with complex processes and systems - with a desire to build a career in the operational aspect of broadcast media.

**Essential**:

- Minimum 12 month's experience within a relevant media or related environment.
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Natural ability to adhere to schedules and deadlines
- Ability to work in a fast paced and constantly changing environment
- Highly motivated team member who can respond to challenges with a positive attitude
- Track record of successfully working on your own with mínimal supervision
- A methodical troubleshooter and logical thinker who can take initiative and clearly communicate ideas and solutions

**Desirable**:

- Working knowledge of the Commercial Television Industry Code of Practice
- Diploma or Degree related to Media
