Job Title: Sales Administrator

The job

The Sales Administrator position is responsible for providing administrative support to the Asia Pacific Sales team and customer base as part of a small administration team. The position is also responsible for our global CostX Educational program.

Key responsibilities- Manage the global CostX Educational program through correspondence with Universities and students, issuance of educational licences and extensions annually, and working with the marketing team to grow and improve the program.- Issuance and administration of commercial licences within the APAC region, and assisting with customer licence-related queries.- Provide administrative support to the APAC sales team by preparing quotes, updating customer records in the CRM, and liaising with customers and other internal teams.Essential requirements- Committed to providing exceptional customer experiences- Strong eye for detail- Strong communication skills, both written and oral- Enjoys working as part of a small team- Able to take direction well and work autonomously
