**About the Role**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare, review, and process real estate documents, including contracts, lease agreements, and listings
- Coordinate appointments, property showings, and open houses, ensuring the availability of necessary documents and information
- Assist with lead generation activities and maintain a database of potential clients
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries, forwarding them to the relevant sales team member when necessary
- Follow up on sales leads and ensure timely completion of paperwork
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth and efficient sales processes at all stages
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales transactions, client communication, and other relevant information
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling meetings, arranging travel, preparing reports, and managing office supplies
- Assist with marketing efforts, including creating and editing promotional materials, coordinating digital and print advertising, and updating online listings

**Requirements**:

- Experience in a real estate administrative, reception or sales support role
- Knowledge of real estate sales processes and industry practices OR a strong sales background
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to prioritise and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with digital marketing techniques and platforms is a plus
