This dynamic and rapidly growing real estate agency committed to delivering exceptional service to their clients. We're currently seeking a motivated and skilled Sales Administrator to join their team.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with experience in preparing Form 6's, contracts, brochures, and internet advertisements on platforms such as REA. If you have a strong understanding of tools like Pricefinder, Real Works, and Google Drive, we want to hear from you

**Key Responsibilities**:
As a Sales Administrator, you will be responsible for:

- Preparing Form 6's and contracts with precision and attention to detail.
- Creating attractive brochures and compelling internet advertisements on platforms like REA.
- Utilising tools such as Pricefinder, Real Works, and Google Drive to streamline your work processes.
- Collaborating with the sales team to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Assisting with general office administrative tasks as needed.

**Qualifications**:
To be successful in this role, you should have:

- Prior experience in a (Real-Estate) Sales Administrator or similar role, with a focus on preparing Form 6's, contracts, brochures, and internet ads.
- Familiarity with real estate industry software, including Pricefinder, Real Works, and Google Drive.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
