**The Opportunity**:
Looking for a dynamic and organised individual to oversee our Utility Machines and New Construction sales administration process? Look no further We're seeking someone with exceptional communication skills who can ensure every step of the sales process runs like clockwork. As the key point of contact between the Account Managers, Sales Managers, and Production team, you'll be responsible for ensuring all machines are constructed according to schedule and to the specifications of our valued customers.

You'll be providing critical administrative support to our National Administration Manager, Regional Sales Manager, and Regional Account Managers, and liaising daily with our Operations Planner and Production Teams to ensure our machines are built in a timely manner to meet agreed-upon delivery dates.

In addition, you'll be working closely with external suppliers to ensure that attachments arrive in a timely manner to meet delivery dates, all while demonstrating exceptional interpersonal skills and maintaining great attention to detail. Previous experience working in sales or business development is highly desirable, as is a deep knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Suite products.

**Your Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities**:
**Required**:

- Excel expert, proficient in MS Suite
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented, able to prioritise & work under pressure

- Experience in sales or business development
- Familiarity with SAP, Microsoft AX, and CRM365
