**THE ROLE**:

- Assisting a top sales agents across QLD
- Organising all Sales Agents listing collateral including market updates, form 6’s, etc
- Uploading and arranging open home schedule with property occupant
- Preparing all marketing collateral for new listing including signage, brochures, internet.
- Liaising when required with all conveyancers, buyers and sellers in regards to contract terms

**ABOUT YOU**:

- Residential Sales Administration experience required
- Natural enthusiasm and a go-getter attitude.
- Impeccable attention to detail
