**Your new opportunity**:
Due to continued growth, our sales operations team have an excellent **full-time, permanent** career opportunity for a **Sales Administrator **to join our sales support function in our HQ office based in Wacol, QLD. You will be responsible for ordering, coordinating and administering the delivery of MAN Bus units to dealers and customers within Penske Australia's network. Reporting directly to the Sales Operations Manager, this role is a senior administration position in our business and will provide a challenging and rewarding opportunity to support the team.

In this role you will:

- Assist the bus sales team with administration functions including placing new factory orders, assisting with processing of orders and customer invoicing
- Maintain data, records and reports required and generated by the sales process
- Organise international logístical requirements
- Develop relationships and liaise with dealers and stakeholders to ensure the efficient sale and delivery of Penske Australia products
- Assist with the preparation of client proposals and delivery of vehicles to key clients
- Liaise with all suppliers (internal and external) to ensure deadlines are met

**About you**:

- Previous experience in sales or project administration or in a similar support role
- Advanced communication and interpersonal skills
- Skills in time management and work organisation
- Experience in management reporting, forecasting and presenting
- Intermediate IT skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, VISIO, CRM, etc)
