As a Delivery Lead, working within our APJ Technology Consulting Practice, you will be pivotal to driving innovation and architecting solutions. This role requires deep expertise in Snowflake, with particular focus on cloud-native architectures, data ingestion, data warehousing, and data modelling solutions. You will predominately work within a squad of cross functional consultants (for example, Digital Strategists, Digital Architects, Agile Coaches) and provide the industry and client business perspective on the challenge that we are solving for our client.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand complex business needs, design and implement robust data warehousing solutions, and lead on and off-shore delivery teams. The Delivery Lead will be role is responsible for:
**Key Requirements and Experience**:

- Strong agile delivery experience
- Experience in managing large, complex data projects in an unpredictable environment with competing priorities.
- Experience in coordinating development and delivery of data engineering and data analysis and BI reporting assets
- Experience using agile tools
- Ability to build relationships with project stakeholders
- Facilitating stand-up’s, retrospectives, showcases, reporting
- Ability to lead a team
- Experience setting up agile teams and projects through initiate and discovery and build phases
- Experience in agile concepts and methodologies, specifically Scrum
- Demonstrated experience and knowledge with a solid understanding of project management fundamentals (time/scope/cost) and risk management
- Strong leadership/relationship building skills, with a demonstrated ability to work independently.
- Excellent listening and communication skills (written and verbal)
- Previous experience working in a consulting environment

**Desirable**:

- Previous experience working in a consulting environment.
- Experience leading a SAFe project
- Experience leading a data-related or data engineering project on Snowflake
- Agile coaching skills
