Are you our next MIS Reporting Analyst?
**The role we want to fill**
Startek is currently looking for a skilled MIS Reporting Analyst who will be responsible for a team of 3. You and your team will be responsible for compiling accurate and comprehensive reports to support the company. You will need to provide analysis, to highlight and explain statistics and / or anomalies, to make recommendations and to provide thought leadership in the implementation of reporting processes and the implementation of sound methodologies.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Assist in translating and communicating contractual and business objectives and policies to the team
- The highest level of data accuracy within delivered reports
- Regular contact with all stakeholders to assess improvements and share feedback with management teams.
- Undertake qualification testing of new or enhanced equipment and systems and maintain acceptable technical environments in line with corporate standards
- Provide support for implementation of new versions of software during launch of new software
- Working with Technical Lead to perform analysis of requirements and impacts associated with program changes and their implementation
- Perform changes based on change requests lodged within the CCB list
**To be successful in this role, you will ideally possess**
- Excellent knowledge of Contact Centre methodologies and reporting principles and processes
- A sound understanding of modern reporting practices and systems and ability to communicate and sell the benefits of the reporting processes and associated efficiencies
- Effective trouble-shooter
- Ability to determine reporting needs and future requirements to meet business objectives
- High level of confidence, drive and motivation with the ability to motivate others
- Strong negotiation, analytical, commercial awareness and problem solving skills
- Outstanding programming and design skills and ability to drive information flow through all levels of the business
- Experience in use of Microsoft Office Suite of products (particularly Excel) at an advanced level.
- Previous experience in a similar role
