Supply Manager - Bonds |NSW
Are you a strategic thinker with a continuous improvement mindset? Do you thrive in a dynamic manufacturing environment? This is a key leadership role within our Bonds business which will see you take responsibility for delivering the business KPI's and Bonds Supply Strategy across Australia and New Zealand.
What will I be doing
- Oversee and take responsibility for all DIFOT aspects of the Indent /seasonal & replenishment business. Key drivers and KPI measures are delivery performance, COGS reduction and stock turns.
- Manage the relationship between Supply and Sales. The role requires a focus with the our internal sales teams delivering the right outcome for the business.
- Responsible for internal manufacturing.
- Oversee a team who are responsible for the Brand focus working with the Divisional Mangers to ensure all products are delivered on time, in full and to the design, quality and cost specifications of the brand. Whilst overseeing the management of the relationship of Brand, Design, ROH and Hanes PDS.
- Overseas travel to strategic suppliers driving best in class practice and returns to HAA
- Focus on continuous improvement and automatization using best practice supply chain principles and data to improve cost and speed to market.

What experience do I have?
- Comprehensive Supply/Manufacturing experience in a similar role, including dealing with factories to successfully execute our strategy
- Constructive leadership style with an ability to stretch the boundaries
- Stakeholder management, including experience in communicating, influencing and interacting with people at different levels and across various cultures
- Sound negotiation and problem solving with a continuous improvement/lean thinking mindset
- Attention to detail and analytical, with a focus on big picture and future thinking
