**Assistant Supply & Operations Manager** **| BRAS N THINGS | PYRMONT**

We’re looking for an Assistant Supply & Operations Manager to join our team in Pyrmont.

What you’ll do:

- Help manage the day-to-day supply and operations for your product area.
- Make sure products are delivered on time and in full.
- Keep track of stock levels and make sure products move efficiently.
- Work with different teams inside the company (like Design, Sales, and R&D) and with suppliers and customers, both in Australia and overseas.

Your typical day:

- Work with the supply team, planners, and logistics to meet delivery goals.
- Lead meetings to plan supply and demand.
- Help make ordering and delivery faster and easier for customers.
- Coordinate with the logistics team to keep things running smoothly.
- Solve any problems with delivery schedules, especially for seasonal products.

**What experience do I have?**
- A huge priority for us is finding a confident and natural communicator, who is really comfortable liaising and working across very different teams and bringing other's on the journey
- You have a background in project management ( or have exceptional organisational skills) and can effectively plan and lead people and projects from start to finish
- Factory experience in the apparel sector is preferable
- An understanding of LEAN principles would be hugely beneficial
- We need someone who is highly analytical - there will be the requirement to deep dive into high volumes of data to get to the root of problems, and you must be a strong Excel user
