We are seeking a diligent **Information Management Coordinator** to become a valued member of our team.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Efficiently receive, review, and process customer orders with a meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment in accordance with company protocols and customer expectations.
- Responsively address customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism and clarity, leveraging comprehensive product knowledge and effective communication skills to provide accurate and satisfactory responses, thereby fostering positive customer relationships.
- Strategically oversee the company's social media presence, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement, as well as coordinate promotional activities to enhance brand visibility and drive customer engagement and sales.
- Methodically manage and analyse inventory data utilizing advanced analytical tools and techniques to generate insightful reports, enabling informed decision-making regarding stock levels, procurement strategies, and operational efficiency optimization.
- Diligently oversee Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) protocols, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations and industry standards through meticulous monitoring, documentation, and implementation of preventive measures to safeguard product integrity and consumer well-being.
- Proactively manage the comprehensive IT infrastructure of the organization, encompassing network systems, hardware, software, and data security measures, to uphold operational continuity, data confidentiality, and protection against cyber threats and vulnerabilities.
- Skilfully administer the processing of invoices and manage customer returns in adherence to company policies and procedures, facilitating seamless financial transactions and fostering customer satisfaction through swift resolution of return requests and concerns.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in information management, business, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in similar roles.
- Strong attention to detail and error-spotting abilities.
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Proficient organizational and analytical skills.
**Job Type**: Full time
**Salary**: $80,000 - $90,000 per annum + superannuation.
**Salary**: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
