The role
- Building long-term relationships with your dedicated account portfolio
- Supporting and managing of the day-to-day movement of freight within your portfolio
- Liaising and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders
- Reviewing and reporting on daily freight movements
- Working to resolve enquiries in an efficient & effective manner with the support of your peers

What we're looking for
- 2+ years experience in Customer Service - take your current retail/service experience to that next level working in an office based setting
- Strong written and verbal communication, and problem-solving skills
- A high level of motivation and passion to deliver exceptional, seamless customer experiences
- A desire to build a long term career
- The ability to take initiative and look for best ways to to consistently improve business results & processes with your efforts promoted and supported
- Sound computer knowledge including experience with Microsoft suites
