With a network of branches across WA, QLD, NSW and VIC, Corefleet has become a supplier of choice in the provision of light commercial vehicle rental, lease, including set-up and maintenance, for the mining, oil and gas and civil construction sectors.

An exciting new opportunity now exists for a Fleet Account Manager to join our team. Reporting to the National Sales and Operations Manager this position will be based out of Brisbane with regular travel across Queensland and Northern Territory. This position plays a pivotal role in developing long-term relationships with a specific customer, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders. This will involve a detailed understanding of the customers business and their fleet related requirements.

The key responsibilities include:
**Customer Focus**
- Act as a communication focal point for the customer
- Develop and build strong customer relationships by communicating and meeting with multiple key stake holders regularly throughout each business
- Consult with customer business units to provide a range of vehicle technical solutions
- Engaging and working with key internal and external stake holders during all phases of service delivery to customers
- Respond to and develop quotations, tenders and requests for information in a timely manner
- Maintain departmental compliance with company policies and procedure
- Manage contract negotiations and agreements, and manage and resolve internal and external stakeholder service delivery issues and disputes

**Fleet Administration**
- Work with Fleet Services Department to develop vendor relationships and specific quotes to meet vehicle acquisition requirements
- Assist with the Fleet Disposal Process in conjunction with Fleet Services Department
- Assist with all aspects of licensing, inspections, regulatory compliance, vehicle recalls

**Reporting**
- Look for process improvement and efficiency gains
- Financial Performance review - analysis and actions
- Prepare and present the monthly, quarterly and annual customer report suite
- Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Commerce, Business or related discipline advantageous
- Strong understanding of all aspects of a fleet operation and the automotive industry/vehicles/accessories
- Proven background and experience in Account Management and strategic planning
- Proficient in relationship building, and managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders of any level
- Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Effective decision making and problem-solving skills
- A high level of proficiency in MS Office suite
- Licence to drive manual vehicles (C class) essential
