**The role**

Our Account Executive's act as the vital link between Total Synergy and our customers, primarily focusing on building and maintaining strong relationships to drive sales growth.

**Key responsibilities as Account Executive**
- Lead Generation: Identify potential clients and generate new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and referrals
- Time Management: Prioritise and manage multiple accounts and tasks efficiently to meet deadlines and objectives
- Reporting & Forecasting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status. Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to your manger
- Collaboration; Work closely with marketing, customer service, and product development teams to ensure alignment on client needs and company offerings
- Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and sales techniques to remain competitive and effective

**Requirements**:

- Previous demonstrated success in sales, preferably in an SMB or SAAS environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
