**Your new role**:
In short: You’re a creative and critical thinker. You will have a passion for delivering digital content for campaigns, instructional material, and entertainment through online and recorded digital media and sound to provide information and entertainment tailored to an intended audience and purpose.

**You’ll spend time doing**:
As a Digital Designer your expertise will help shape the experiences we create across websites, apps, and product in addition to day-to-day tasks including but not limited to:

- Develop and ensure that projects worked on are well designed, meet the brief provided, are on message and contribute to the Group achieving overall marketing objectives
- Generate digital-first designs throughout advertising campaigns, apps, and platforms with a strong understanding of social platforms ensuring the execution of engaging content.
- Understand UX and have the ability to see how your designs work in the ecosystem of the customer experience and user flows
- Manage quality control throughout the design process
- Develop and maintain open communication and foster strong and successful relationships with key internal stakeholders to enable the effective development and execution of creative designs
- Stay up to date on the latest design trends, and share new insights with the team
- A creative at heart but also have a really solid commercial understanding of how D2C brands work
- Support the growth of the team and winning new business.

**We’re excited to hear from you if you have**:

- 3 years of experience working as a Digital Designer
- An excellent portfolio of past design work to showcase
- Experience with design software and editing tools (Adobe Suite, Sketch, Figma)
- AWARD School, Ad School or any other creative courses are a plus, but not necessary
- Excellent design and layout skills. Solid understanding of visual communications including digital and video channel
- Superior digital design skills including animation design skills. HTML, CSS+, JavaScript and expertise in Video editing
- Experience developing UI design
- Ability to manage and handle multiple tasks
- Motivation to work on proactive ideas to generate more or new business
- Strong time management, communication, interpersonal skills, and attention to detail
