Digital Product Design Expert Sought to Enhance Customer Experience
At our organization, we strive for diversity and excellence. As a senior product designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping digital experiences that impact millions of customers daily.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to design decisions for banking digital experiences that affect millions of customers daily.
  • Prioritize customer needs, incorporating rigorous design research, usability principles, and intuitive design sense.
  • Cultivate accessible and inclusive design principles to improve customer interactions and journeys.
  • Foster collaboration with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, marketing, analytics, and other key stakeholders to craft engaging products that support business goals.
  • Support Scrum team partners through the conception, build, and release of software features.
  • Engage with developers, business analysts, and quality assurance specialists to understand platform capabilities, communicate design specifications, and verify implemented designs.
  • Produce compelling visual deliverables to illustrate desired customer experiences and provide detailed specifications for software developers.
  • Participate actively in our design community by providing feedback to fellow designers.

Required Skills:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Humanities, Systems Engineering, or related fields (or equivalent work experience).
  • Able to communicate concepts using rapid visual design techniques.
  • Capacity to work within Design System constraints with flexibility, desiring to contribute to our Design System library.
  • Positive and resilient personality with a growth mentality.
  • Demonstrable history of applying user-centered design principles to design problems.
  • Portfolio showcasing problem-solving methods from low-fidelity sketches to detailed designs.
  • Expertise in digital design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, Invision, Axure, Proto.io, etc.
  • Human-centred Design practices, including Design thinking methodologies, research, and user testing protocols, as well as Agile frameworks.
