Job Opportunity: Senior Service Designer\

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with product management, engineering, marketing, and analytics teams to design and deliver exceptional customer experiences\
  • Develop user-centered design solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers\
  • Conduct research and usability testing to inform design decisions\
  • Communicate design concepts and strategies to stakeholders\
  • Partner with developers and quality assurance analysts to ensure seamless implementation of designs

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in design or related field (or equivalent experience)\
  • 5+ years of professional experience in service design or a related field\
  • Expertise in human-centered design practices, including design thinking methodologies and agile frameworks\
  • Strong portfolio showcasing service design expertise and problem-solving methods\
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills\
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
