**Working with Mudbath**

Mudbath HQ is in Newcastle, Australia with offices in Sydney and Melbourne. Newcastle combines the benefits of a regional city on the coast with a thriving tech community. We base ourselves in Newcastle because we love it here. If you are not already in Newcastle, we welcome you to relocate. Otherwise join us working hybrid or remotely as part of our well connected distributed team based across Australia and overseas.

- Ability to communicate clearly and impactfully with internal and external stakeholders across projects to understand technical needs and solutions.
- Drive personal continuous improvement and update job knowledge by studying state of the art tools, programming techniques and equipment.
- Full stack experience with technologies we use including;.NET 4.X+ (C#, ASP.NET),.NET Core, Typescript, Javascript frameworks (e.g. React, Vue.js, Node.js).
- Hands-on experience with public cloud offerings (e.g., AWS, Azure).
- Demonstrate understanding of coding best practices, design patterns and security, with the ability to guide more junior team members.
- Experience designing for digital; low-fi/hi-fi concepts, creating functional prototypes to demonstrate functionality, beautiful and useful interaction designs.
- Ability to present concepts and design rationale to colleagues and stakeholders, communicating in a clear, concise, and articulate manner.
- An eye for detail and a solid grasp of digital design fundamentals, principles and standards with an available portfolio of work.
- Digital agency experience and proficiency in multiple design and prototyping software tools will be highly regarded, especially Figma and Axure.
- Proven experiences providing oversight, by mentoring and leading others to develop product strategies, roadmaps and be a major influencer in the way that Mudbath work to deliver exceptional products to market everyday.
- High analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize with teams and key stakeholders using various headless technologies and capabilities into the business’s products in such a way that the consumers will love.
- Experience managing digital program portfolios including end-to-end technology or development builds.
- Demonstrated ability to track and manage project activities, milestones and deliverables to achieve agreed outcomes and identify and develop mitigation strategies to manage project interdependencies.
- High attention to detail and ability to context switch to support the management of multiple projects.
