**Our client is based in Botany and has an exciting vacancy within their team of professionals.**

**We are currently seeking a responsible, reliable and enthusiastic person with exceptional communication skills for an Accounts Administrator role.**

**The position on offer will be employed directly with our client accumulating leave and entitlements. This will be a flexible work opportunity for the right person to offer a great balance.**

**Duties will include but not limited to**:

- **Use of Microsoft products for daily operations.**:

- ** Use of Xero accounting software to maintain records.**
**- Accounts payable and accounts receivable tasks.**
- **Process invoices, receipts, and payments accurately and efficiently.**:

- **Reconcile bank statements and maintain financial records.**:

- **Prepare financial reports as needed.**:

- **Assist with payroll processing.**:

- **Provide administrative support to the team.**:

- **Assist in any other administrative roles as required.**:

- **Assist in forward planning of the business.**
