**The Role & The Team**:
To address the changing needs of the airspace industry and our customers, Airservices has established the Uncrewed Services Portfolio to deliver innovative and cutting-edge services to our emerging airspace customers, including uncrewed aircraft (commonly referred to as drones).
As an **Uncrewed Services Coordinator**, you will support the Uncrewed Services team with a focus on administrative coordination with the opportunity to contribute and support all areas of the portfolio including budget, scheduling, stakeholder management, procurement, recruitment support, travel management, secretariat for working groups and more. To support the team, you will work collaboratively with the Uncrewed Services Senior Responsible Owner (SRO), program and project managers, and technical specialists across the portfolio to coordinate and deliver program, research, and administrative support. This includes research on the latest developments in uncrewed aircraft systems traffic management (UTM) and related fields, and developing and coordinating briefing papers, supporting advocacy initiatives, and engaging with key internal and external stakeholders.
This role provides a unique opportunity for those who are interested in gaining significant experience in a novel program, and who are looking to enhance and increase their knowledge and experience base in a high-profile initiative with national and international exposure.

**The Person**:
This is a great opportunity for experienced Coordinators to join an amazing team environment. To support us delivering our Uncrewed Services vision, applicants will be experienced, committed and results driven to take ownership of their role.
The successful applicants will have:
- Introductory-level project management training
- Experience with project management tools like MS Project or equivalent
- Demonstrated knowledge of aviation/aerospace, regulatory practices, and uncrewed aircraft systems traffic management and/or air traffic management.
- Experience planning stakeholder management and coordinating stakeholders (internal, external, industry, international) - Highly Desirable.
- Demonstrated computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office particularly Word, Excel, and multiple Outlook accounts..
- Experience in project budgeting and financial management.
- A demonstrated broad base of experience supporting complex technical projects.
- Experience with large organisation/government procurement/acquisition procedures.
- Exposure to large organisation/government governance frameworks.
- Demonstrated ability to work with enterprise system when completing administrative tasks (e.g., SAP, Promaster (expenses) etc.
- Demonstrated experience with project/program performance reporting.
- Demonstrated ability to absorb, analyse and interpret a broad range of information and present workable solutions to a range of problems.
**Security Clearance**:
