The Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) Manager will play a key role within our clients Technology Division, assuming responsibility for achieving through-life sustainment solutions across all "in service" uncrewed systems. Furthermore, the ILS Manager is responsible for supporting the maintenance and growth of the ILS capability for acquisition projects and follow-on sustainment tasks within the Division. Our client is seeking someone with exceptional people & organisational skills that can foster a collaborative team environment. The successful applicant will be multi-skilled, flexible, and hardworking. **The Role**: - Provide mentoring and supervision to the Supply, Maintenance, Engineering and Training teams. Develop support system specifications, design, and implementation plans. - Manage the execution of implementation plans. - Provide logistics engineering input into contract/subcontract scoping and negotiations, project planning, system design and implementation and out-sourced developmental engineering efforts. - As required, provide input to life cycle cost analysis for system acquisition and sustainment scope. - Manage the delivery of all technical publication deliverables. **Experience Required**: - Tertiary qualifications in Logistics Engineering, Electronics/Electrical Engineering. - Experience in Defence industry and its logistics practices and standards. - Experience in LSA and R&M analysis tools - Experience in leading teams. Sound understanding of the system development and the inter-relation between the various ILS elements. - ** A Defence security clearance is required for this role, applicants must be Australian citizens and maintain an NV1 clearance.** The Kinexus Defence team is the largest Defence specific recruitment team in Australia and can provide unique support to projects across the country.
