The company has an established business in Australia providing rail maintenance services to the major asset owners with many long term contracts. The focus of this Regional Sales Manager (East) role is on Key Account Management, maintaining strong relationships with these established clients to understand their needs, and managing their current contracts. In addition, there will also be a focus on the clients' possible requirements for other maintenance services that could be provided by other innovative railway infrastructure solutions already provided in other countries. The region this manager is responsible for covers the Eastern and Southern Region of Australia, and New Zealand.

This progressive company provides rail maintenance services to over 27 countries via seven global offices, 1,600+ employees, and 250+ machines. This combination of advanced machines and people services many major railroads including heavy haul and passenger railways. This company is also leading the digital transformation of railway maintenance; collecting and analysing data that unlocks maintenance insights, optimisation, efficiencies and savings.

Experience should include as solid track record of successful business development with Key Accounts,

including tender responses and dealing with long term contracts.
