**Department Overview**: As the Regional Sales Manager - QLD for Pelco a Motorola Solutions Company, this key position is responsible for developing and managing a strategic sales plan for this region. Through the management of distribution and sales partners, the Sales Manager is accountable for driving sustained revenue and profit growth in the region. You will plan and execute sales objectives including managing existing partners and distributors in addition to developing new business opportunities.
**- Achieve sales targets and sustained revenue growth in region.
- Manage the strategic plan for their assigned region to maximize lead generation, pipeline growth, and sales opportunities. Elements include:
- Understanding of Total Available Market for the region
- Identification of key accounts in territory, understand local market conditions and customer needs to drive results.
- Develop a clear and stated plan on how business development activity in the territory will take place.
- Defined plan on what strategies will be deployed to grow NEW business in the territory.
- Work closely with Pelco Partners to track performance and grow revenue income from them.
- Develop a strong channel management and hold current distributors accountable for performance through disciplined, repeatable process.
- Communicate and implement all sales and marketing programs for region.
- Complete required reports on schedule.Drive Customer Satisfaction improvement as a key performance indicator.
**Basic Requirements**:
- Ideally a minimum of 5 years plus in a progressive sales or channel management position working with strategic customers in security/video surveillance industry.
- Achieve results A proven track record of success, demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets and achieve rapid growth.
- Experience in security / video surveillance industry in ANZ and its many channels.
- Strong technical acumen and demonstrate good knowledge in selling complex
- technologies/systems.
- Ability to travel minimum of 30%.
- Strong ability to communicate with and influence across all levels of organization.
