Regional
Sales Manager
to lead our sales team and drive wholesale and retail performance across our dealer network.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the sales team to achieve wholesale and retail sales targets as outlined in the business plan.
  • Manage dealer vehicle forward ordering to ensure optimal supply line availability.
  • Identify and pursue wholesale, retail, and fleet sales opportunities across the Kia product range.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Metro and Rural Dealers to ensure active participation in Kia sales programs.
  • Ensure dealer sales staff are trained in line with company guidelines.
  • Oversee qualitative aspects of dealer relationships including customer experience and brand compliance.
  • Provide weekly reporting to management on sales forecasts and wholesale expectations.
  • Collaborate with Area Sales Managers and Dealerships to contribute to marketing plans.

About You:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in sales, ideally within Automotive or Fleet Management sectors.
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively across all levels of management and with customers.
  • Strong computer literacy, particularly in Excel; SAP experience highly regarded.
  • Positive attitude with a relationship-building mindset and strong stakeholder engagement skills.
