Head of FP&A needed to support the VP of Financial Performance in a growing global organisation

**Your new company**

This company is increasing market share significantly through their product offering, service delivery and their commitment to the provision of a world-class experience. Due to an increase in demand for their services they are seeking an experienced Head of FP&A to join their finance team.

**Your new role**

You will assist in leading a team of regional Finance Business Partners and will be responsible for providing expert financial advice and support to key stakeholders and clients within the organisation. Working with key leaders across the business you will support both operational and strategic financial matters, utilising effective decision-making to secure financial stability and growth. As part of this role you will also contribute to and implement different projects throughout the organisation and prepare exceptional monthly management reporting packs for presentation.

**What you'll need to succeed**

You will be degree qualified in Accounting or a related field and possess a CA/CPA/CIMA qualification. You will have previous Management Accounting or Finance Business Partnering experience and demonstrate a high level of capability within Financial systems and Excel. Operating effectively across multidisciplinary teams and adapting to changes within the environment is essential in this role.
