**About your new career**:
As our Head of Workforce Planning and Deployment, you will be at the heart of our workforce efforts. In this role, you will:

- Develop and execute workforce strategies that align with Eden Academy's goals and the evolving needs of our centres.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders across Operations, People & Culture, Finance, and Talent Acquisition to ensure optimal staffing models.
- Lead the implementation and optimization of workforce management systems, ensuring efficiency and compliance.
- Analyse labour market trends and internal data to forecast staffing needs and inform decision-making.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance workforce effectiveness and educator satisfaction.
- **Strategic Workforce Planning**: Design and implement workforce plans that address current and future staffing requirements.
- **System Leadership**: Oversee the deployment and continuous improvement of workforce management tools and systems.
- **Data Analysis & Reporting**: Monitor key metrics such as labor costs, staffing ratios, and occupancy rates to inform strategic decisions.
- **Stakeholder Engagement**: Foster strong relationships with internal teams and external partners to support workforce initiatives.
- **Team Leadership**: Manage and mentor the workforce planning team, promoting a culture of excellence and collaboration.
