We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Customer Enquiries Consultant to join our team, reporting to the Customer Service Team Leader within Customer Engagement.
A bit about your role
The Customer Service team is accountable for the development and management of customer service functions including customer enquiries, complaint resolution management, and escalation management.
This role is an integral part of the frontline team representing the face of nbn as the first point of reference for all external contact. The role has great emphasis on service delivery and in creating a positive customer service experience.
A bit about you
You are a team player who works well autonomously, in a team environment and can comfortably manage a busy workload.
Lastly, you will be comfortable with working Monday to Friday rotational roster from 8 AM - 6 PM.
