**Your new company**
Our client a Government department located centrally on the Gold Coast are currently seeking Inbound/Outbound Customer Contact Consultants to join their team on a contract basis.

**Your new role**
As a Customer Contact Consultant, you are responsible for providing clients with a seamless customer service. You will have an eye for detail and focus on speed and accuracy when entering client information into numerous customer management systems. Daily Responsibilities include:

- Maintaining a high level of customer service while operating in a dynamic fast paced business environment
- Work efficiently and productively in a team environment with attention to detail for data integrity
- Accuracy when responding to enquiries
- Retaining product knowledge
- Ensure customer and business service standards are met
- Ensure KPI’s are always adhered to
- Manage correspondence efficiently in an efficient time frame/s
- Promote company values

**What you'll need to succeed**
To be successful in this position you will have exceptional communication skills and a strong customer service background. You will enjoy a stimulating, fast paced role and be both proficient and accurate with the input of data. The ability to engage with a variety of personalities while providing an exceptional level of service.
