About the Role
- Ask questions to uncover client needs and recommend tailored solutions, whether face-to-face, over the phone, or via email
- Respond to enquiries from builders, stonemasons, and tradespeople about tools, equipment, stock, and orders
- Support external sales consultants and account managers with timely information and coordination
- Keep the showroom tidy and well-presented, restocking and maintaining displays
- Process customer orders accurately, liaising with couriers or external salespeople to arrange delivery
- Undertake structured training to build your product knowledge, enabling you to confidently provide accurate information and tailored advice to trade clients
About You
- You've built a strong foundation in customer service over the phone and discovered how much you enjoy helping people. Now, you're ready to take that further—building deeper, face-to-face connections with customers where you can really get to know them.
- You enjoy the admin side too—keeping things organised, following processes, and making sure details are accurate gives you real satisfaction.
