**Key Responsibilities**:

- Ensure ongoing compliance with **ASQA standards**, including the **Standards for RTOs 2015**, and any changes to regulatory requirements.
- Lead internal audits and manage external audits conducted by ASQA or other bodies.
- Develop and implement compliance systems, policies, and procedures.
- Monitor training and assessment strategies, student records, and operational practices.
- Provide regular training and guidance to staff on compliance matters.
- Prepare and submit regulatory reporting as required.
- Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Liaise with regulatory authorities and act as the primary point of contact for compliance issues.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **2 years of experience** in a compliance role within an RTO or education sector.
- In-depth understanding of **ASQA standards, VET Quality Framework**, and **CRICOS** if applicable.
- Strong knowledge of compliance and audit processes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to interpret legislation and develop policy and process documents.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Relevant qualifications in training, education, or compliance preferred.

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
