Hillshire International College, a CRICOS-registered training organisation based in Parramatta, NSW, is committed to delivering quality education across key vocational sectors including Leadership & Management, Early Childhood Education & Care, Community Services, Information Technology, and Hospitality Management.

As we continue to grow and maintain excellence in training delivery, we are seeking an experienced and self-driven Academic and Compliance Manager to oversee the college’s academic operations, ensure compliance with RTO/CRICOS standards, and provide academic leadership across all qualifications.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead the design, implementation, and quality assurance of training and assessment strategies across all qualifications offered.
- Ensure compliance with ASQA standards, National Code 2018, SRTO 2015, and other relevant regulatory frameworks.
- Manage the academic delivery team, including recruitment, induction, and performance monitoring of trainers and assessors.
- Monitor training plans, student progress, and assessment validation/moderation processes.
- Conduct regular internal audits and prepare for external audits by ASQA or and other regulatory authorities.
- Liaise with curriculum developers, compliance consultants, industry experts and education managers to ensure continuous improvement.
- Review and manage Trainer files i.e review and monitor trainer qualifications, industry currency, and professional development. This will include verification and validation of Trainer Credentials as to their accuracy and authenticity.
- Ensure CRICOS obligations, including student support and training schedules, are maintained accurately and timely.
- Act as the primary point of contact for academic and compliance matters with regulatory bodies.

**Qualifications & Experience Required**
- Tertiary qualification in Education, Business, or a related discipline.
- Minimum Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122 or equivalent). Diploma or post-graduate qualifications in VET will be desirable.
- Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in RTO/CRICOS operations in an academic or compliance management role.
- Sound understanding of the Standards for RTOs 2015, National Code 2018, and VET Quality Framework. Knowledge of the Revised RTO standards is desired.
- Experience in leading academic teams and managing training delivery across multiple qualifications.
- Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with aXcelerate, Wisenet, or other RTO student management systems is highly desirable.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
