**What **you’ll** do**:

- Working with our Risk, Compliance and Audit team, you will develop and implement fit for purpose enterprise-wide frameworks for Compliance Management (CM), Business Continuity Management (BCM) and Business Management Systems (i.e. Policies, Procedures and Workplace Instructions (PPWI)).
- Embed the various frameworks within the various portfolios through the development and implementation of annual Compliance Plan, Legislative register, Business Continuity Plans and Business Impact Assessments.
- Develop and implement standards, taxonomy, hierarchy, tools and assurance program to support and monitor the Business Management System.
- Provide assurance and reporting on the annual exercise program for the Business Continuity Plans, Disaster Recovery Plan, Incident Management Plan, and Crisis Management Plan.
- Promote consistent adaptation of the Enterprise Compliance Framework and Plan with the compliance activities performed by business portfolios (e.g. Regulatory Strategy within Strategy and Performance).
- Provide accurate, insightful and timely reports on compliance management performance to facilitate sound understanding of the business’ overall exposure in relation to the organisation’s compliance obligations.

**What we are looking for**:

- Tertiary qualification in Business or a related discipline.
- Good understanding of standards and better practice frameworks for compliance management and business continuity
- Working experience with compliance management activities in accordance with ISO19600 - Compliance Management System - Guidelines for organisations or utilities with extensive regulatory requirements.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing organisational wide compliance framework and business continuity frameworks.
- Experience in using or supporting technology solutions for Governance Risk and Compliance (GRC).
- Current NSW Drivers Licence.
