We're seeking a
Supply Chain Manager
to lead our team across
Carole Park and Larapinta
. This role will oversee site procurement, production & scheduling, logistics, and inventory management to ensure materials and packaging are available to meet customer demand while driving continuous improvement and efficiency across the supply chain.

What you'll do

Supply Chain Leadership

  • Lead, coach and develop the Supply Chain team across site procurement, production scheduling and logistics functions.
  • Drive operational excellence through accurate forecasting, effective planning and scheduling inventory management, and supplier performance.
  • Produce and present monthly Supply Chain KPI dashboards and ensure alignment with business goals.

Planning & Operations

  • Run the local Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process in collaboration with key stakeholders.
  • Align product availability with commercial and marketing plans to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor and manage inventory accuracy, coordinating monthly and annual stock takes.
  • Lead budgeting and control of end-to-end supply chain costs and financial performance.

Supplier & Stakeholder Management

  • Manage supplier relationships to ensure efficient, cost-effective, and reliable delivery performance.
  • Conduct regular supplier reviews, performance assessments, and KPI tracking.
  • Collaborate with internal teams on order fulfilment, demand planning, materials and packaging availability and NPD activities.

Continuous Improvement & Compliance

  • Identify and implement improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards, including Rainforest Alliance & Roundtable on Sustainable Palm Oil certified sustainable sourcing and trade compliance.
  • Champion a safety-first culture, supporting initiatives like
    Never Walk By
    and fostering a healthy, sustainable workplace.

What you'll bring

  • 10+ years' experience in supply chain, procurement, or logistics leadership, ideally within FMCG or food manufacturing.
  • Proven expertise in Sales &Operations Planning, Integrated Business Planning, Material Requirement Planning, Enterprise Resource Planning systems, and logistics optimization.
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen, with experience managing budgets and supplier performance.
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strategic mindset with a hands-on, collaborative approach to driving results.
  • Relevant tertiary qualification in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related discipline.
