**Our opportunity**

We are seeking a dedicated individual to oversee the allocation of all bank transactions, manage bank reconciliations, process outgoing payments, and handle group treasury reporting. In this role, you will also be responsible for verifying vendor and customer bank detail masterdata, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in our financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Daily cashflow and balancing of funding.
- Co-ordinate all payments to be uploaded in banking platforms within strict timelines and monitor completeness of payments processed.
- Upload bank statements into SAP, allocate incoming receipts to customer accounts according to deadlines, investigate and resolve unallocated receipts and complete allocation of all other bank transactions daily in SAP.
- Bank reconciliations.
- Clear relevant GL accounts.
- Match all banking transactions in the treasury system.
- Scan and archive banking documentation.
- Process direct debit payment batches.
- Effectively manage a small team of bank administrators

ABOUT YOU:

- Bachelor's degree in Business & Accounting (required) or equivalent industry experience.
- 2 years of relevant experience in treasury and/or banking in FMCG or similar industry
- strong technical skills including 2-4 years of SAP knowledge and advanced Excel proficiency
- excellent analytical and communication skills with the ability to analyze and convey financial information effectively.
- good understanding of organizational accounting procedures and working capital needs is also essential.
- Strong team management and collaboration skills
