We're a boutique app development agency in Melbourne, trusted by startups and big brands alike to bring bold new ideas to life. You'll work closely with both clients and our in-house design and development team to turn great ideas into world-class apps.

• Run discovery workshops to understand client goals and uncover real user needs
• Shape product vision and MVP scope for new mobile apps
• Write clear, commercially viable product requirements
• Have the ability to visualise and quickly prototype ideas to clients. Utilising digital tools like Miro
• Provide feedback on UX and UI designs, ensuring alignment with product goals
• Be an exceptional communicator, able to simplify complex technical concepts into engaging software ideas and concepts for clients.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their business challenges and objectives.
• Capture and document requirements, including writing well-structured user stories.
• Prepare custom proposals and presentations to communicate solutions effectively.
• Build trust and long-term relationships with prospects and clients.
• Plan and coordinate the work of developers and designers to match project timelines and available resources, ensuring projects stay on budget and are delivered on time.
• Optimise delivery processes and methodologies using data-driven insights, KPI dashboards, and automations/integrations.
• Track and report on portfolio performance, identifying risks and driving continuous improvement
• Manage project budgets, scope changes, resource allocation, and commercial considerations

You could be a great fit if you:

• Have prior experience as a Solutions Architect, Business Analyst, or Digital Consultant.
• Have worked in a digital agency or startup environment, or have hands-on experience with wireframing, analytics tools, or ASO strategies.
• Are comfortable facilitating workshops and engaging directly with clients
• Have a solid understanding of mobile app UX principles and software development workflows
• Can think both strategically and creatively to craft great product experiences
• Proficient at prototyping with Miro and project management from
• Are confident explaining complex ideas clearly and concisely
• Have strong commercial awareness and the ability to guide clients toward viable solutions

• Competitive salary ($105k–$135k + super) or pro-rata if interested in part time
• Hybrid working – 3 days in our South Yarra office, 2 days WFH
