About you:

Reporting directly into the Merchandise Planning Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end allocation of merchandise to our retail stores. This role involves working with various cross-functioning departments within Ghanda to support your personal portfolio of locations with maintaining optimal stock levels, year round.

The ideal candidate will have:

- Intermediate to strong Microsoft Excel skills or database experience

- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to maintain strong working relationships across the organisation

- A strong, data driven analytical focus

- Tertiary qualifications in Fashion, Business or similar - thought this isn't a deal-breaker. At Ghanda we value the right attitude over experience

A day in the life:

As an ALLOCATION ANALYST your daily tasks may include:

- Managing inbound and outbound inventory processes including store allocations

- Communicating directly with our retail teams to support effective inventory control in stores 

- Liaising with our Design, Product, Visual Merchandising and Retail Operations teams

- Reviewing purchase orders and quantities

- Monitoring product performance across the business and specific locations

- Preparing reports and analytics for key decision makers

- Adhoc administrative duties
