**Wilson Security** are seeking an experienced
**Operations Coordinator** to join their vibrant team.
You will be reporting to the Operations Manager, and will be assisting the team with general administration duties that require strong interest in Finance and Account Receivables.
- Located in Bella Vista,Sydney NSW
- Permanent part time - 24 hours per week

**About the Role**
The responsibilities are, but not limited to:
- Providing exceptional customer service to our clients
- Coordinating daily operational functions
- Working on projects alongside the management team
- Managing and collating invoices with clients to ensure they are reconciled and actioned
- Managing and maintaining equipment, records, compliance and reports
- General administration duties
**Skills and experience**
To be successful, the following skills, qualities and experience are required:
- Proven experience in an administration capacity
- Excellent customer service skills
- Good time management and the ability to prioritise
- Accurate data entry skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
- Proficient in intermediate levels of computer literacy (Microsoft Office Suite)
- Excellent and strong written and verbal communication skills along with the strong attention to detail
