It turns the steps that drive brand growth and support the Quality Use of Medicines into real in-store actions, delivered through a digital platform already used by pharmacy teams.

Role Description

The Campaign Coordinator supports the delivery of pharmacy engagement programs through the PharmaCampaigns platform. The role involves direct phone communication with pharmacy teams, encouraging participation in active campaigns, and maintaining accurate campaign data. The position ensures consistent and professional interaction between Aarian Health and participating pharmacies.

• Conduct structured outbound phone calls to pharmacies to introduce and explain active PharmaCampaigns programs.
• Encourage participation and guide pharmacy staff on how to complete campaign actions.
• Provide prompt and courteous responses to pharmacy queries.
• Escalate issues or feedback to the Operations Director when required.
• Support follow-up communication via phone or email to ensure timely completion of campaign steps.
• Contribute to improving call scripts, engagement processes, and communication templates.

Qualifications and Experience

• Experience in customer service, telesupport, or administrative roles.
• Previous experience in pharmacy, healthcare, or medical product environments is advantageous.
