**How will I help?**
BT is the wealth management arm of Westpac Group; we aim to provide solutions for our customers in the creation and management of wealth.
We are looking for a Customer Solutions Consultant to join the Superannuation Service Delivery Service Centre, where you would be responsible for managing the administration and servicing of BT Super, BT Super for Life, Retail, and Insurance customers.
This is a full-time role, working business hours (9-5, Monday to Friday), based out of Bedford Park. There is flexibility to work from home once fully trained and competent in your role.
You will be responsible to:
- Provide customers with exceptional service when responding to their calls and written queries
- Take ownership of all customer requests and follow through to ensure customer satisfaction
- Ensure timely follow up and communication to internal and external customers to meet SLA
- Identify issues, problems and opportunities for appropriate improvements
